Am I obligated to purchase a vehicle from TWG Cars if I sell to you?
Not at all. If you sell your vehicle to us, there’s no requirement to purchase a replacement. You’re welcome to use the funds however you like. If you do decide to buy your next car from us, we’ll help make the transition seamless.
What will I need to bring for the sale?
Please bring the following when you’re ready to sell:
- All titleholders, each with a valid photo ID
- Your vehicle’s title or current finance payout details
- Current registration documents
- All original keys and remotes (offers may change if these are missing)
If you’re missing any of the above, please get in touch with us as we may still be able to proceed with the sale.
Once the offer is accepted, when will I receive my funds?
Once you accept our offer, TWG Cars processes the funds immediately. The funds are deposited into the bank account of the vehicle’s owner. Payment availability will depend on the recipient’s financial institution and not TWG Cars.
